Risk Management
We position ourselves within the project team to identify risks, work with the client and all stakeholders to assess potential impacts and develop a strategy to address each risk. We manage risk registers and hold frequent workshops to understand how risks change throughout the project lifecycle.

Assessment of key issues such as Fire and Life Safety systems, health and safety and Hygiene are undertaken to reduce risk to clients and employees.
