Preparation of and implementation of three year business plan with the Financing organisation for the construction, opening and operation of the resort and sale of the Real Estate.

Overall responsibility for management of the resort on behalf of the client.

Preparation of monthly reports on the progress of the implementation of the business plan for the operation, sale of real estate and the condominium operation at the resort.
